- Interested in a Scholarship? National SHRM offers a student scholarship program. The Student Education Scholarship is worth $2,500 per applicant recipient. The Society for Human Resource Management is the leading voice of the human resource profession and represents the interests of over 120,000 professional and 7,000 student members from around the world. SHRM provides its members with education and information services, conferences and seminars, government and media representation, and publications that equip human resource professionals for their roles as leaders and decision makers within their organizations.
This web site is designed for both students and employers interested in learning about the benefits associated with becoming involved in SHRM. The student chapter of SHRM serves as a bridge between students and Human Resource professionals by exploring HR disciplines in an environment promoting friendship, growth, and hands-on experience. The organization provides opportunities and resources to successfully market the skills, knowledge and abilities of its members.
